A Quick Note About Online Scheduling

Hi everyone,

We wanted to share a quick tip that may make scheduling your appointments a little easier.

When scheduling from your phone, the system only allows you to view availability one day at a time. This means you may have to click through several days to find when your preferred staff member is working.

A helpful workaround is to schedule from a desktop computer. On the desktop version, you can view a full 7 days of that staff member’s schedule at once, making it much easier to see their available appointment times.

Unfortunately, the mobile version does not currently display the schedule the same way. If you are having trouble finding availability for a specific provider, we recommend trying the desktop version for a better view of their schedule or Text/call the office (763)710-0976
